It is important that you remember to save any work you have done on the computer:
1. To avoid losing any unsaved work, save your work on a regular basis (every 10 mins).
2. It is recommended that you give each file an appropriate name (this will enable you to locate files much more easier).
3. The best way to do this, is to create folders (and sub folders) for each subject area you are learning.
4. Do not save files direct to a USB memory stick save a copy on the computer first and then to the memory stick this is to ensure that you have a back up copy of the original file.
