Being Healthy


When you apply for a course we encourage you to declare any health problems so we can support you properly. We try to help everyone stay healthy by providing:

  • A balanced diet and highlighting the healthiest options at every meal
  • Chilled water dispenser in the dining room which can be used at any time
  • A quiet/prayer room
  • A short course on health and fitness
